Forged iron machine is the products for constant casting of iron blocks with molten iron. Its process is that locomotive transports molten iron tanker or mixer truck loaded with molten iron from blast furnace to solid iron device workshop via railway locomotive or auto. The molten iron tank is tipped above by tipping system. The molten iron flows into cast iron machine mould by way of molten iron trough, and the cast iron device mould filled with molten iron is pushed by chain belt.
